WHAT:
An amateur regatta to be held with any form of motorless boat running the Ischua Creek from Mill st. in Ischua to behind the Hinsdale American Legion (approx. 7.3 miles except length may be shorter due to low water or inclement weather). The Ischua Creek is classified as one of the few Class A trout streams by the NY State Dept. of Environmental Conservation. The stream is home to native trout, ospreys, herons, and the American Bald Eagle. You are equally likely to see deer, bear, otter, beaver and other aquatic animals during your venture.

Annual Sportsmen's Show

The annual Sportsmen's Show is being held by the Memorial Library of Little Valley at Green Gable Village just off 219 in Great Valley. Hours are Saturday 9am - 4pm and Sunday 9am - 3pm.
More than 150 vendor tables are expected with merchandise dealing with hunting, trapping, fishing, target shooting, archery, knives, military, collectibles and more. Sportspeople are welcome to buy, sell, trade and browse.
A National Instant Criminal Check must be completed prior to all firearm sales. A Cattaraugus County Pistol Clerk will be available both days. Armed security will be present.
Admission to the event is $4 for adults. Children under 12 are free. Refreshments are available.
